Frontrunners/Philadelphia Anniversary Weekend
September 19th & 20th, 2009
Please join us for our anniversary weekend and help celebrate another year of
running. We will start the weekend off with an early Saturday run/walk across
the Ben Franklin Bridge followed immediately by a fulfilling brunch at the
Reading Terminal Market. Spend the afternoon relaxing or touring the city and
then join us Saturday evening at La Fourno Trattoria on South Street for a great
Italian dinner starting at 6:30pm. The main event on Sunday of course is the
Philadelphia Distance Run, which starts at 7:45AM. Best of luck to all the
runners! This year the Post Race Brunch is being hosted by one of our
Frontrunner club members. Joe Soto has offered to open up his home for the
post-race brunch. Please join us at 12 noon on Sunday to eat, drink, and relax
among friends.
Please RSVP for the dinner and brunch by, Thursday, Sept 17th so that we can
finalize the numbers for the restaurant and Joe. We are looking forward to our
out-of-town Frontrunner friends and our local club members joining us for this
fun-filled weekend of events.

Ben Franklin Bridge Fun Run/Walk. Meet at the northeast corner of
6th & Market Streets (in front of the Independence Visitor Center).
Saturday, September 19, 11:00 AM (following Bridge Walk/Run)
Brunch at Reading Terminal Market. Meet on south side of
Arch Street between 11th and 12th at entrance to the market.

Following brunch, runners can head over to the Health & Fitness
Expo to pick up their race packets. The Expo is in the Pennsylvania
Convention Center, which is directly across the street from the
Reading Terminal Market.
